The journey through the stages of our lives as women is filled with beauty and complexity. From menarche to pregnancy and motherhood, into perimenopause and beyond, we evolve in beautiful, mysterious, and often unexpected ways. As a teenager growing up in Italy, I found yoga and Ayurveda early on in my life. These ancient traditions provided nourishment and support throughout the different phases of my life, comforting rituals to rely on in peaceful times, and pillars of strength to fall back onto during inevitable life storms. Today I love to share this wisdom with other women, so they too can benefit from this powerful, ancient medicine to provide an anchor during critical times of transition and address the many challenges that often arise.
The Yoga Therapy approach looks at the person as a whole, addressing physical and emotional symptoms, lifestyle, and spirituality, while respecting individual belief systems and never imposing a particular philosophical or spiritual viewpoint.
